Using only 5kg of charcoal for a 2-3 hour service, the Pira charcoal oven reaches temperatures up to 350°C, allowing much faster cooking in comparison to traditional chargrills. The oven also benefits from not needing a gas or electricity connection, allowing simple placement anywhere in the kitchen. In addition, the Pira features a heat resistant glass door and multi-level cooking, enabling fuss-free monitoring and precise control of the cooking process.  Perfect for producing the distinctive smoky wood flavours which customers crave. Please note: Pira Charcoal Ovens can be used either under commercial kitchen ventilation extractor hoods or directly ducted outside the location where it is used. However it is important to consult a certified commercial ventilation engineer so that your ventilation equipment can be inspected to ensure that any smoke or fumes will be safely removed from the kitchen or oven location.
